Official domains
The product website and official mail are both avenoid.com. Addresses on that domain include support@, sales@, privacy@, security@, and notifications@. Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for avenoid.com before trusting a message that claims to be from us.
FAQ
How do I enroll? Open Academy, choose an experience, and use Start Learning (free) or complete Razorpay checkout (paid). After a successful enrollment the button becomes Continue Learning.
Where is my proof? Submitted work that passes review appears in Proof Vault. Certificates are not the product — verified evidence is.
How do I become a creator or mentor? Apply from Profile. Moderators review applications; you cannot self-promote at signup.
Refund & cancellation
Paid course enrollments and mentor sessions are charged through Razorpay. Refunds are processed to the original payment method when required by law or when a session did not occur. Email support@avenoid.com with the order ID. Creator payouts follow the payout policy in Creator Studio (minimum balance ₹10).
Accessibility
We aim for keyboard and screen-reader operable controls on Settings, dashboards, and dialogs. Report gaps to support@avenoid.com with the page URL and assistive technology.
Security & responsible disclosure
Email security@avenoid.com with a description of the issue. Do not disclose publicly until we have confirmed a fix. See SECURITY.md in the project repository for known transitive notes.

Payout policy
Creator and mentor payouts require a verified payout method in Creator Studio or Mentor dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is ₹10. Payouts are not shown as available when the balance is below that minimum.
Creator and mentor terms
Creators and mentors are bound by the Terms of Service plus marketplace rules: no self-assigned gated roles, no unpublished placeholder lessons in the public catalog, and evidence reviews must be completed in-product. Apply from Profile; approval is by moderators.
System status
There is no public status page yet. If checkout, video, or sign-in fails, email support@avenoid.com. We will add a dedicated status URL when monitoring is public.
